Lead has been a roofing material for hundreds of years, this is because lead is long lasting and can last well over over a hundred years, it is also eco friendly and 100% recyclable.
The lead we use is cast from recycled lead and we in turn return all scrap back to a metal recycle centre.
Lead can be formed into all shapes and sizes with a technique called bossing this is an old craft commonly used on older properties or where a weld would be unattractive to the look of a structure.
Lead welding is useful and time saving over old bossing techniques and enables large awkward formations of lead to be pieced together to create tight seals, welding is also useful for repairs.
All our Lead crafters are skilled in both welding and bossing, with experience over a vast array of lead work.

Professional assessment
In some situations a description of a problem over the phone is not enough to determine a problem and find you a soloution.
We are happy to come to you to carry out a full assesment for the required job, this will help us evaluate what might be involved and the materials we will need to complete the job in full.

Once an assessor has been out to visit you, we will generate you with an estimate. This will include the cost of the work to be carried out and the cost of the materials we will use, ready for you to approve before we commence with the work.
Depending on the job and the level of demand you may be requred to place a deposit.
